Awwwww what a great segment. Cool organizations and how they work together. I hope they all get adopted.

There were 15 people and 15 dogs at BT on this day. I was there with my foster dog, Toby. I was incredibly touched by Jennifer’s extreme kindness as she made a point of identifying the 5 foster dogs still needing adoption. She singled them out not only once, but 3 times – in the show, in the blog video plus individual photographs. To do so in the midst of so much activity and such a versatile daily schedule was exceptional. Thank you, Jennifer. The expression “you are one in a million” truly applies to you. Our best wishes to you.

Thisa was all nicely said and done. However I found no info that was going to help people like me, who have gione out and rescued dogs on our own. I have saved 4 dogs all on our own. We now have three including on Jan 28th we rescued a neglected/ ignored and uncared for feamil yourky mix. Living in disablility people ask why i would do this. LOVE and having no children and finding that caring for and curing and housing the lonly little ones is best i can do. I will go months without anything I need. IF only i could find help having her fixed. I had her needles and bloodwork and shes 3-4 years old. I called 10 places. No ones willimng to help us get her fixed, The vet says she only needs to gain weight as of yesterday she is over 6 lb.s we feed her 4 times a day by hand if nessasasry. having two fixed males in the house makes it even harder for her as well. No one understands how much the love of a dog means to uswho asuffer mental and emotional distress. No one seems to care. Even the cheepes vets saysing around 300 or so abnd he knows us but won’t let us pay half one month and half the nesxt. Why won’t anyone. The ospca has a 4 month waiting list and has returned no reaction to my fax and phone calls. Eglington/ only takes dogs over 20 lbs. Sop here she is suffering still, with all the love and care we are doing our best. Poor folks should be intyitaled to keep their pets as much as parents keep their children Do we have to give her up. WE WON’T WE ALREADY LOVE HER AND SO DO HER TWO BROTHERS. The dogs are lie more then family, they are the emtional comfert i need to stay alive and fiund life worth living. Don’t expect anyone to understand that. Oh and i wrote to bt abnd the sun. But thankfully even as u have not been able to help. That was a wonderful show you had put on. Keep up the good work.
